★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE AFTER FULL PAYMENT. NO APOLOGY AT ALL.
1. Booked online and fully paid via Foodline for a buffet set 2 days later.
2. No news after that. Called, WhatsApp and Emailed but no reply and cannot reach anyone at all. Only automated message received was that customers can place orders 24x7 online.
3. Didn't know if the buffet will arrive on actual day, or if I should proceed to order another set of buffet from other caterers with the risk that both buffets might turn up.
4. Alas, buffet did not arrive on actual day and I had to order food delivery for all my guests.
5. Received email 2 days later that order was cancelled. No even an apology in email. Still waiting for refund.
