We don't usually do reviews but Film192 had done such a great job that we just have to share with others our experience! We came across Croix's works (have left a deep impression on us as the storylines were interestingly different from typical wedding videos) about a year ago, but never got around with the engagement as we were only hosting 50 pax for our banquet and initially thought that hiring VG may not be necessary. We only decided to go with a VG about one month before our big day and we knew straight that Film192 is the one to approach. No regrets and in fact, we are really glad that we have engaged Croix! Money very well spent! From PWS conceptualization to PWS and AD, everything was a breeze. Despite the tight timeline, Croix had swiftly came up with a personalized storyline after our virtual meet-up (we requested nothing too cheesy and romantic to show the "real" us, haha) and guided us through the process with minimal hassle and stress. We just had fun and left everything in his good hands. On our AD, Croix's presence (cheerful, outgoing, and he took the effort to engage everyone) had certainly liven up the atmosphere! When the video was aired during our luncheon, we were truly impressed by the quality of work produced in such a short timeframe and all by himself! Even my husband who is usually nonchalant, was singing praises of Croix. We attended so many wedding ourselves before and this video definitely tops the rest (not being biased). Many families and friends were also complimenting the video! ? Croix delivered everything we were looking for and we know that this memorable video is something we will look back over and over again with fondness in the future. After several months of looking around for videographer for our wedding, we finally came across film 192 and loved Croix’s work! From the first time we met, Croix made everything feel at ease, he was extremely professional and reliable and was happy and willing to accommodate for all my requests in the build up to the big day. His patience and understanding made our day stress-free and we could just sit back and relax knowing that Croix was capturing our magical moments. We did our pre-wedding and actual day videography with Croix. We have to say that his skills are exceptional. We are looking to create a video that will accurately capture the pure emotions for the both of us not just the mainstream ones out where the videos lack focus and coherence. Croix did not disappoint us in this, he is creative in his choreography and is clear on what shots and angles he needs to craft up his masterpiece. This has greatly reduced our wait time during the shoot. He provides clear instructions during the shoot and is highly versatile in dealing with unexpected situations. We felt comfortable and assured that he oversees our shoot. A humble and hardworking videographer, Croix is always open to feedback from us. Before the shoot he will sit down with us and co create the experience that we would like to create for the video. It is indeed a joy to work with him to document and curate our important milestone. Our guests were impressed by the amazing story line and the seamless transition between the scenes. Not many vendors out there are able to do it with such finesse. We highly recommend Croix to couples who wish to create a unforgettable videography that will last a lifetime!

Engaged Film192 for my actual day wedding videography before Covid. Croix is easy to communicate with and very accommodative in postponements caused by covid-related issues. He is active in reaching out and understanding my likes & preferences and able to deliver almost all of it. He made us feel comfortable and helped us to loosen up with his friendly & easygoing personality! His quote is reasonable as well. The video was ready in just a few days after my wedding day. My video turned out cinematic & documentary style with motion in sync with the beat of the song of my choice, the way I like!

Saw his work in a close friend's wedding and knew I wanted to engage him as my wedding videographer. Croix did such a fantastic job with our wedding highlights video. If only we can give more than 5 stars --- We have so much to share about our experience with Croix but here are our comments in summary! Dedicated & committed – Took initiative to suggest additional props & scenes in order to bring out the best in every part of the storyline. Able to work out a schedule for a reshoot due to bad weather. Helped to liven up the atmosphere during the actual day so that everyone was happy and laughing. Prompt – Managed to quickly stitch together the pre-wedding, actual-day wedding footage in time to be shown on the actual day & the video is of top quality! Sent the edited videos, together with other actual day footage the day after the wedding which is super efficient! Easy to work with – Well planned, had Zoom sessions & calls to discuss the concept. Made pre-wedding shoot comfortable, even though we were camera shy to a large extent. Able to comfortably direct couple, family & wedding party well on actual day to obtain footage. Worked well together with our photographer even though they are from different companies. Very friendly person & easy going! Flexible & creative – Came up with a concept based on what we were looking for --> We wanted something more exciting/up beat but also sentimental, which we felt that would be difficult to achieve but Croix is super creative! The way he converted the day-to-day scenes to a lovely fun-filled story really amazed us. Ultimately, the pre-wedding + actual day video are very well made, look super professional and we are very satisfied by every single scene in it!! Super blessed! PS. We didn't think to have a pre-wedding video at first as we thought there is nothing much about us to film but Croix captured every single detail of our relationship so beautifully! Absolutely no regret choosing Croix as our videographer & would love to recommend couples to really give pre-wedding video shoot a try, especially with Croix! I couldn’t ask for more! Croix did a fantastic work for my wedding video! Saw his work during a close friend wedding and I know he is the one I will engage and definitely introduce to my friends! It was certainly a pleasant and joyful experience to work with Croix on my actual wedding day. He is professional and friendly, able to direct us clearly so that the shots and videos taken were natural and had a storyline. He also took the effort to share with us on the details and gave us ideas which matches our preferences. My wedding guests had positive feedback about the video production as well.
