β β β β β States it opens at 830 but was told they only "open the doors" at 830 - doc comes at 930. Not sure why they won't change the operating hours to 930 then?

β β β β β Was feeling very sick at noon. waited for the clinic be open again after lunch time (2pm reopen time), went back at 2:14pm clinic shows closed, went back again at 2:40pm and is still closed. and got to know from this aunty's who is inside that there is no doctor now, 7pm doctor come. what is the point of having operating hours between 2pm-4:30pm when there isn't a doctor there?

β β β β β Got no star I will give no star. Fall siΓ§k visit this clinic and after measure temperature at 39 degrees, was told to go to tan teoh at towner road instead. Wat type of doctor and clinic is this? This pandemic, expect a patient with high fever walk to towner to see another doctor. Lousy doctor,no standard. Judge and see urself.

β β β β β Came to see doctor at 2pm today. The said doctor was not around and asked to come back at 7pm. It's 7.05pm and the clinic is closed. What kind of medical professionals are these people, when people need urgent medical attention. They should seriously close the clinic then!

β β β β β Really the worst clinic I been to in SG. Poor management, clinic is run down, doctor is late and the way patients are treated are just totally bad. If there is a choice, please avoid this clinic at all.

β β β β β About the only immunologist and GP I know who offers UVB light treatment for skin. She actually knows MORE than the other GPs and does not prescribe stuff you don't really need.
Also, Dr. Chen was thoughtful and kind. Many GPs turn up late due to commitments to hospitals, surgeries etc (those others turn up like 45 mins after clinic opens and their patients don't even complain about this!)
She was still looking at patients after 1015pm cos quite a number turned up before 845pm. Reasonable fees, does not overcharge.
SG actually need more of such star doctors. Her 2 assistants were also helpful and patient.

β β β β β Would have given zero star if i can. The admin of this clinic is just zero standard!! Be careful when you use the credit card to pay, they double charge you on it. Donβt give you receipt. Luckily i hv credit card payment alert. When I called back next morning and ask for reason. The counter staff didnβt even apologise her mistake and just say okok refund u.
I agree with others the staff are super rude!!
