β β β β β I wish there is an app for this because communicating through web page is extremely non-instant and inconvenient. Since film place doesn't encourage exchanging of contact, at least make it as convenient as whatsapp for people to chat... It takes a few hours for people to reply a simple enquiry because notification is sent to email and every time I need to login to safari to see the chat.
On the day of booking, if customer cant find the location it might be even more inconvenient to guide them through website chat.
