Non-existent customer support. I usually book multi-flights trip but I don't see that option on Finnair and wanted to ask them today morning. Waited by the chatbox in the morning, no available agent. Afternoon I thought I should try calling the number listed here. After half an hour of holding and hearing the same message, I gave up. Went back to the chat. I finally manage to speak to an agent now, after lying that my flight is in 72hours. So they removed the multi flights booking. Thought I'll support Finnair to book direct but with their customer support and inflexiblity, looks like I have to use a reliable 3rd party provider.

The customer support is terrible. Flight timing got changed and there is no way to contact them to make cancel/make amendments. Avoid at all cost!

Flew with them from Copenhagen to Singapore, they kept playing pass the ball with me sending me around to different parties. Every number that I call, the standard reply is either "this is not my department" or we still have not located your bags. It's been 7 days and my bags have not been located, I've filled out multiple forms, called baggage service and Finair every day. I've sent photos and a GPS location of the bag and yet they are still unable to locate it or help me in any way. A semi decent airline would provide compensation at the very least but Finair refuses daily compensation or even responsibility. Will never fly with again.

My return flight to Singapore was cancelled on 24th February and still to this day (31st March) I have not been able to contact Finnair for: 1) a refund or 2) a reason for the cancellation (to provide my travel insurance). I managed to contact a β€œPetar” with the Singapore email, but he was rude and ignored me. Otherwise trying to use their app chat function is useless as no one responds. They are an absolutely disgusting company with horrendous customer service!

On a VTL trip from Sweden via Finnland to Singapore, the Sweden Finnair staff was not instructed updated about the 'recovered traveller protocol' from the Singapore ICA. I had to pay on the airport myself for an ART test to get my boarding cards. I was lucky to manage my flight and had extra cost because of Finnair not able to follow and communicate the destinations immigration rules. I hope this report/review is forwarded to the person in charge. I had a terrible experience being told that I could not start my trip despite having followed every single rule of ICA Singapore.
