β β β β β I went to Helen after pulling my hamstring playing cricket. She is a very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive physio, who put together a recovery program that has had me back jogging in just over 2 weeks with no pain! I would HIGHLY recommend Helen for any of your physio needs!

β β β β β Helen has been helping me for quite some time for my left toe and calf rehab; post surgery.
I had a pretty extensive surgery on my toe/calf, and Helen has always been so energetic; professional and available in my journey to recover and bounce back even stronger. Helen goes beyond the '45 minutes session, she also follows up with you via WhatsApp to ensure everything is going alright, and she is pretty flexible in her schedule.
Thanks to her advise, guidance and passion I was able to come back on the tennis court pretty fast, almost stronger than ever!
Definitely, I would highly recommended ActiveX Physiotherapy for any rehab / physio.

β β β β β Helen is very proficient in her physiotherapy knowledge. She would do appropriate assessments to assess the problem and prescribe the appropriate treatment. She recommends good rehab exercises too that would help mitigate the problem in the long term. Helen is a powerlifter as well hence she is able to integrate the sport into the rehab. Of all my experiences with her she definitely managed to solve my injuries.

β β β β β Had a ankle fracture with operation done hence requires weekly physiotherapy to regain back mobility. Highly recommend Helen, she is a awesome and professional physiotherapist. With her aid, i am able to regain improve from wheelchair bound to walking frame to crutches to without aid at all. Initially post operation, was on cast for a long period of time and my leg was stiff. Thanks to Helen, I am able to improve and regain back my mobility so fast.

β β β β β Helen is warm and friendly and provides a great consult with excellent at home follow up! She spent time running tests and listening to my issue and was able to give me a clear diagnosis with a timeline for recovery. She even messaged my fitness trainer to send a plan for what I can do/ not do. Wonderful physio! Thank you, Helen!

β β β β β Had a left hip injury after falling from my workout. With Helenβs professional help and advice, I was able to recover very quickly and effectively. She did many thorough checks and provided helpful exercises to strengthen my muscles to help with the injury. Highly recommend.

Sheβs able to identify specific areas of weakness and her exercise recommendations through different phases has gotten me to full recovery quickly. She is very friendly, easy going and follows up on my progress regularly. 100% recommend. Sheβs also helped me fix other little niggles too.
