★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from another mattress store nearby and didn't really have a good impression there. Coming here was so pleasant and had a really great experience. This is my first time leaving a review for a store too so you can tell how this place left a good impression. We were served by Ace who was really approachable and knowledgeable in the mattresses. He was friendly, polite and gave us a few recommendation according to the firmness I liked. I'm so grateful for him providing a blanket for me to cover my skirt when trying out the beds. Little details like this really make a difference. He was also really honest and transparent when we asked about the different types of pillows. Arrangements for delivery was also really smooth and seem to have reliable post-service. Definitely looking for him next time we need a pillow or mattress recommendation.

Greeted on site was a gentlemen named Ace.
Let's just put it simply, Ace was knowledgeable, polite, patient and humble. He understands his customer's needs and calmly brief on various products and its functionalities.
The warmth hospitality he presented led us to purchase our King bed set without any doubts.
You don't need to go through the hassle of finding tons of places to get your bedding solutions. This is the place that has extensive varieties and brands catered your needs and what's best, its served by great people with great personalities.

She assisted my sister, mum and I through every step and is very knowledgeable with the different types of mattress material, bed frames, colour matching and pillows ! We had an amazing time being guided by her. We were very confused with what we wanted but she was so patient and in the end, through her advice, we found what we wanted. ☺️ do approach Celine if you ever visit The Mattress Boutique !

He is Very professional friendly and no hard selling at all , given all the suggestions he know to let us consider and finally we choose a slumberland. Delivery was fast too , five days after we purchased. After sale service was great. Keep advising on the mattress matter .Overall very satisfied with this purchase! Will sure come back to look for Kenny for future needs.
