โ โ โ โ โ My main door handle lock suddenly cannot open the door. Contacted First Locks and got very quick response from Joseph. After looking at the pictures of the door lock I sent to him, Joseph suggest to replace the damaged parts instead of changing the complete handle set which will cost more. Within 24 hrs, he got it all done and working! Excellent job and thank you! Will recommend First Locks anytime for good service!

โ โ โ โ โ First Locks is fantastic. They are responsive, pro-active and really know their job. They didn't try to fleece me, in fact other locksmiths wanted to replace my lock, whereas FL said it was repairable. Ultimately they delivered when they said they would, they were polite and very user friendly. Highly recommended I would use them again in a flash!

โ โ โ โ โ I had a very amazing positive experience with First Locks. I needed 2 bathroom door locks totally replaced, and 3 bedroom lock barrels installed on existing doors. I did not feel comfortable with my local neighbourhood lock smith to do this 'larger job' so I spoke to Jenny from First Locks who did the booking for the locksmith Joseph. The service and communication was super smooth. Joseph was super friendly, professional and did a great job on my locks. AAA+ experience to a great team!
