β β β β β Extremely poor service. Came here to duplicate a key and found it they didnt duplicate properly when i went back home. Returned to the store to get it fixed and was served by a rude old man who couldnt be bothered to explain what the error was or apologise for wasting my time. Best part, the key still doesnt work!

β β β β β Expensive yet did not work properly, duplicated key was poorly filed leaving sharp edges and burrs deposited in the ignition. Wish I had read the reviews before suffering this horrible experience with rudeness and poor service. What a waste of money!

β β β β β Went to punch a hole at a leather bag today. The man just marked the bag which is off-centre. Questioned him and he was not happy with us asking him. Bad attitude.

β β β β β Copy 2 house keys, 1 can use and the other cannot use. So went to change twice and even the third time the key still unable to use. Really unprofessional. The first two times key is unable to fit and slot in, the third time can slot in but unable to unlock.really wasting time and money!!
