★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service. It was stated that operation time is till 12.30pm. Called at 12.05pm before going down to the clinic multiple times but no one pick up the call. Arrived there at 12.15pm and they said that they closed their registration at 12noon. Receptionist said that it is their practice to not pick calls and stop registration after 12noon. In this case, please change your operation hours to 12noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been seeing the doctors (1 female and 1 male) including my very young children for years. Usually crowded on Mondays but wait is worthwhile as doctors are very caring and prescribes good medication. Will continue seeing the doctors there even though I moved recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always grateful for their hours as it is open when others may not be. Doctors are professional. Reception varies as not all staff have the most amiable countenance. As long as they do a good job, I am too sick to bother ???. Just joking! It does impact a patient’s well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold and uncaring nurse/clinic assistant who doesn’t smile or try to go the extra mile for needy patients.
Be prepared to embrace the “helpfulness and kindness” of a staff that will not hesitate to put her lunch break above all else, especially if you happen to visit at peak periods.
Will we return? I highly doubt it. Doctors are good but with the attitude of such a employee, no thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely inexcusable. Covid+ patients waiting for queue are chased out and left lingering for 3+ hours and they haven’t even seen the doctor, while other ppl walk straight in and are taken in by the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting outside with 2 chairs available, other people come dun even bother if we are waiting for very long, straight cut queue and take the first to go in. After registration sitting here with cold air-con (high fever)
2pm they open the door, 2:13pm doctor reach, 2:16pm doctor start to see patient. Might as well change the business hour.
