β β β β β If the doctor is not dr leong and a Male one, beware of him as I went to consult him yesterday and he gave me a very lousy and idiotic attitude as I am only a 13 year old. If he was a replacement, he should even just get fired as he has no manners at all and does not deserve anything in life. If u r that doctor reading this right now, u better go reflect on your actions, being so rude to the patient

β β β β β Worst staff of all time I ever encountered.
I've called and went there. After waiting 45 minutes on a normal Thursday morning. I realized most of Chinese people come after me go directly inside. I questioned about the queue number and they told me 18 and current was 11 while there was no more than 5 including me.
May be the doctor is good. But I cancelled and went away to Redwood clinic where the staff and doc was very helpful. It's just 2 min walk from this place.

β β β β β Iβve been to clinic today and i had a bad experienced with this lady doctor. The approached is very rude and its my first time to experienced this kind of treatment of their client.The way she talk is very unprofessional way and talk like shouting at me. I am sick and yet i am very disappointed with the doctor behaviour. As a doctor you should carry your patience with you all the time.

β β β β β Horrible service. Extremely slow. The one receptionist is so rude and obnoxious to everyone including her other receptionist. The doctor takes forever to do anything. Very slow. They bark at you for everything. Horrible

β β β β β Dr Leong has been our good family doctor for many years. Sharp in her diagnosis, patient with the elderly, firmly explains with great clarity and always with a calming disposition. Her loyal following in the neighborhood is a testament. I have friends who travel down from AMK just to see her. She is the best one we trust the most.

β β β β β 2 Very rude receptionist. Called and told them that I'm tested covid positive. First receptionist said βcome down later laβ. When i asked about Telemedicine, she said wait wait and passed the phone to her colleague. I asked the 2nd receptionist if There is telemedicine available and she just say. Now very crowded "Come down later lah" and, before I could ask anything else, hang up the phone.
