Always emphasised that the courage and confidence to step up and render assistance is much more important than the certification, and he does this by focusing on practicality and the objective of each action. Center is pleasant, fully airconditioned, refreshment (bottled water, snacks) is also provided. Public toilet is available and food centers are plenty. Billy our instructor is passionate, fun, and simple to understand. Overall highly recommended and I wish them success in their future endeavors ?.

The hands on practice were taught with theory, allowing learners to understand the learning materials. Focuses on building confidence in stepping out to render first aid as well. 2. Engaging It's an engaging environment that has a lot of role playing and it's really easy to ask questions to clarify any doubts. Real life experiences were shared with the class to make it more relatable. Examples with differing environment (school/home) were given to ensure we watch out for such cases. 3. Really fun and memorable! The lessons were fun and not dry at all, it makes learning so much easier, and gives you the confidence in rendering first aid. Recommended for everyone! Thank you Billy for the engaging and interesting course.
