★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have had the Lelit Bianca for almost 2 months now. excellent service from Phil and Cedric who attended to my queries patiently and were always willing to do a quick demo of the features. they are highly experienced and are able to do quick recommendations based on your budget and experience. overall, zero regrets at getting my first espresso machine from Highlander!

Thank you Mr Phil, Mr Cedric and the crew who came to install the machine. Thank you for the kind advice on the usage of the machine and things to note for the longevity of the machine. And of cos thank you for all the freebies! I love it so much and can’t wait to start on this coffee journey.

While it may not necessarily be the cheapest place to purchase the set, it has more than adequately made up for it with its reliable service and support. After all, saving barely $200 to rob myself of a peace of mind for years without service support elsewhere doesn't sound brilliant to me. Phil had even offered to throw in some freebies to help smoothen my path in setting up my mini coffee bar at home. It is something I genuinely appreciate. No regrets making my purchase here!

Pleased to say after patronising their cute outlet at kampong bahru road for more than a year, their quality and standards are always consistent. Thank you for indulging me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small cozy coffee bar with very friendly and kind staff. Limited seats though. Some pastries available but didn't try. Had the aeropress which was well executed by the barista. Flavour of the coffee beans brought out nicely. Will certainly be back if I'm in the area.
