First Coach does not provide a waiting room for passengers. If you are elderly, pregnant or disabled, or even just tired and need a place to sit while waiting to board the bus, then it's just too damn bad. First Coach wants you to move on right after you have paid up your money. Just go somewhere else. Wander around on your own. You can't walk around because you have heavy bags and luggage? Well, as First Coach would say, that's just too bad for you. Their office has just enough space to collect money. You want to sit? Go sit in the toilet or at the taxi stand under the sun or rain.

Passengers only use First Coach when they are desperate. First Coach does not give the best service, that's for sure. First Coach remains highly inflexible and anachronistic even today. First Coach does not have the customer's interest at heart. They won't change the booking date in 48 hours even if a passenger has an emergency EVEN when plenty of seating is available. They just won't do anything for the customer once you have paid the money. And this service is more expensive than other buses from SG to KL.

Not flexible when it comes to bookings. Too many weird rules and regulations that don't make sense. In this time and age, First Coach is light years behind in technology. Not only does it not have a booking app, it also refuses to take into account that passengers have plans that change fast and may need to adjust their departures in a hurry. If there are seats available, there is no reasonable cause for refusing to adjust a booking, unless First Coach is just lazy and uncompromising just for the sake of reducing its own workload. They created rules that don't make sense but cause a world of inconvenience for their customers. First Coach should keep up with a fast-changing digitized world. But as long as they can keep collecting money, I guess First Coach doesn't care if anyone else suffers any number of inconveniences. When the KL-SG fast train is operational, then these Little Napoleon transport companies might finally wake up. But until then, First Coach will just continue screwing with its long-suffering customers.
