FirstCom Solutions Pte Ltd - Web Design Singapore

We are currently using Firstcom Solutions for a few of our F&B outlets. Throughout this period they have been really helpful and on-the-ball regarding improvements that we suggested from our experience in using other e-commence & POS providers. Kudos to the team on the quick implementation and continuous improvements throughout! They have helped us streamline our operations and save considerable time & monies! Special thanks to, - Ming Yao for his very knowledgeable help in the POS setups since the start, and most recently being our point of contact and sales rep for the recent project. Always improving himself, constantly assisting us in our setups be it backend or POS, and for always being around whenever we have an issue and having it resolved as fast as lighting, ensuring minimal downtime. - JJ for contacting us and introducing us to this great solution, and being helpful even though the project has completed. - Imelda & Raine for the awesome technical knowledge on work arounds for the e-commence site, and constantly improving the site throughout this period.

I would like to extend my thank you to Ming Yao and Kristin for helping us resolved our issue timely all the time. As we are quite new to the system, they have taken their time out to come down and guide us. This has give us the assurance that we are in good hands. Thank you team!

I personally want to thanks Jeremy Kwong for assisting me regarding my company's website. There was someone handling my project previously left their company. Her service was good as well. Just when she left there wasn't anyone updating me till Jeremy takes over. Keep up the good work Jeremy!

Kristin and Jeremy was a complete pleasure to work with. We have implemented FirstCom solutions to our outlets and with all new systems, there are always some customization or improvement to be made. Kejun has been very proactive and fast in replying to all our queries. Furthermore, his knowledge and experience of the system helped us to solve quite a number of issues quickly. It was great working with him!!

Good to know the team that I am working with is responsive, young and energetic. Celesta, Rochelle and Jeremy provides good customer service. I particularly like they come down to my office to meet in order to get information and instructions clearer. Website development took longer than quoted due to change of staff for several times in between, leading to repeated consultation for information and content. Catchup after that seems fine. Overrally, positive experience. Compliments to the good customer service experience. Quotation is the most expensive amongst all other agencies but the good customer service experience makes it up.

We will like to give special thank to Huilin and the team for their patience and professional service for our Web development project! It has been a very pleasant working experience with them, they are fast and guide me through the design to programming phase patiently. It is not my first time doing a website but their service is top-notch, and recommendation given to enhance on my website is also very relevant.
