Printed stickers a few times with them and super satisfied with their service as well as the quality of stickers! They're always able to meet deadlines and deliver within 2-3 days as promised on their website. Very impressed, keep it up!

I printed some A3 posters with high resolution images and the result does not disappoint! One of the cheapest and highest quality prints I have done in quite a while. Rindle was swift in responding to the emails I sent and ensured that my photos were all in the right sizing for the posters and also kept me well informed of the status of the posters. I sent in my artwork on friday morning for printing, and got an email on monday morning that they were ready for collection. Excellent service overall, would definitely go to print more posters again!

I just printed my very first children's book with iprint express and I must say my experience with them is a pleasant one. Both the designers were very detailed on checking my artwork and they are very responsive to my enquiries. The end product looks so awesome and legit. I have confidence to show and sell my books to my customers. Thank you Germaine and Chye Luen!! Will print more from you again!

I don't usually like to leave a bad review. But if the customer service is bad, then customers need to be informed. This is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I printed my pull up banners with this company in Sept 2018. When I was giving the artwork confirmation, I checked to make sure the images were okay. Upon the day of collection, I discovered one of the pull up banners - the image was blurry. I complained and the customer service officer said she will check and get back to me. She never did and after 6 months, I thought it's okay I will just let it be since I have the other banners. Now, 6 months later, while I was using one of the pull up banners at an event, the banner suddenly snapped and broke as the paper glued to the metal came apart. By the way this is the second time I have used the banners. I asked for a free replacement or a refund because I was appalled at the poor quality of the banner. Someone could have badly hurt themselves if the banner snapped into two while someone was standing closely to it. After complaining about the poor quality, the customer service officer asked me to return it back to them so they can fix it. She even said it could be due to how the user use it or how I stored it. I replied saying I have another banner which was printed with another better company for more than 5 years and stored at the same place as their banners but there was no issue. I just don't trust the product quality. I would not have left this bad review if the company acknowledged their mistakes and tried to rectify the situation. Fixing a defective product is not good enough. And they never even offered to replace the blurry image that they printed as well.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Did a pull-up banner with them but the pole broke upon the first use. When I contacted them to describe how it happened and explaining that it’s the first time my banner was spoilt upon first use (having ordered other pull up banners before), they also insisted it’s their first time it happened to them. Their attitude suggested to me that they were not too interested in what the customer has experienced. And they offered me a solution: that is to replace the pole for a $5 charge since they had delivered the β€œproduct to me in a good condition” instead of offering to replace the pole complimentary out of goodwill. So it is my responsibility now. Disappointing and upsetting are what I can say with their attitude considering the number of printers in the market, yet they can choose to ignore customer goodwill simply because they believe good quality products is the only key to their business.

If I could, I wouldn't even give one star to this store. The old comments about the bad service were true, and I regret getting away with it. I doubt those 5 star reviews were written by their own employees. They treat customers like debtors, give them a cold look, and the equipment is so old that some documents can't be printed, and I have no problem when I go to another store. This store is disgusting.
