★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very consistent fish soup. The shop has been around for a very long time, and is part of a chain. The regular $6 bowl is an exceptionally satisfying. Not to be overlooked is their chilli. It has evolved over the years, it goes very well with their fish. One of the better stalls in this hawker center.

Ordered the double fish soup with add-on bitter gourd for $7, they were generous with the bitter gourd that almost covered the top of the bowl but beneath it was pathetic, there were only 2-3 pieces of both the slice & fried fish each and I was left with just the bitter gourd when I still got abt half a bowl of rice remaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their fish soup. Their batang fish are always fresh and also cooked to perfection. One of the auntie has very good memory, able to recall my whole family's order very accurately. Their utensils used to be very dirty. But once the pandemic struck, everything got a lot cleaner. Or maybe because they changed the cleaning company.
