β β β β β At whatssapp conversation, I have liaised with their company on the layout and mentioned follow all the information according email sample. Moreover, the initial information when I sent to them is correct. Due to the professionalism, they company shouldn't have the typo error on the postal code to 7 digits which obviously should have spotted the discrepancy on the postal code instead. We have just realised the discrepancy only when the customer informed us.
Their professional become our responsible.??

β β β β β After a few attempt via email, whatsapp & call finally got hold of them just to find out after 7 days after making payments. Card not done due to artwork was not the format they need.
Simply had to contact me to inform and we could get it changed or I pay extra for artwork right

β β β β β Went to the shop and realized its a home business, called and arranged the printing. Then the owner went MIA. If not keen for the business can at least reply, but she decided to ghost me instead. Not recommended, irresponsible.
