This is my second time purchase item from them. Do not trust the Est delivery date. To date, I have yet to receive my item. First time also same bad experience. My advise is that if u in need of the item urgently, do not look for them. Chances you might be disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I put my order through on the 30th of April for some roof moulds and had an estimated delivery date of mid May. Come the end of May no parts and no email or notification to advise anything. I reached out and was informed the supplier was still trying to source the parts and was offered a refund to which i advised i am happy to keep on waiting after being told it would be mid June. Come last week the parts had finally arrived at FitInPart in Singapore and i had emailed on Monday asking when the parts would be dispatched to which i was advised that UPS do 2 pickups weekly. Fast track to today as nothing had changed i was advised a shipping label would be arranged for pick up.(Must have missed the second pickup on the first week) 30 minutes later i receive an email to advise that the order had been cancelled due to the size of the item. This company was happy to take my money, waste almost 2 months of my time and not even have the correct system in place to advise that the item cannot be shipped but instead i got the shipping quote for $372 which i was still happy to pay. Not one of the representatives of the company could even pick this up on the multiple occasions i emailed them following up on my order. If i could give them a -10 star review i would. Partsouq and Amayama will only be used from now on. Save yourselves the headache and wasted time.

Do not trust 2-4days delivery . Bought the item on Monday until now no news from CS contact them but the call is always on hold . Boss of fit in part please take note I won’t be buying from your company anymore.

Great store! Just got my last order, arrived as expected and great price. I've been using Fitinpart for years, it is my go to place, so happy I found this site. I think since about 2020 they list a lot of more parts from other sellers, but you need to search using OEM number instead of car model then you can find the parts, come to think of it there really has not been anything I was not able to find recently. It is interesting the way their sales work, they offer same part from all the suppliers they know, each with their own price and delivery time and supplier rating, which I've been told means how reliable the supplier is. Have not seen other car part stores do this. Keep it up fitinpart!

Unreliable shipping time and unreliable stock quantity indication on their website. No communication from FitInPart at all regarding delays. Stock level can indicate green but no shipping update for more than 1 week. Just go straight to stockist or buy from shopee better

Purchase one oil filter need to wait for weeks to able to collect usually few hours able to collect . Cs and warehouse team told me about the new system boss Pavel change. The following are the new system - waste of time by printing one by one - Pack until your staff can’t find my item need to Wait for an hour even I receive an email your item is ready to collect - Many double jobs -CS team unable to answer about the new system - counted about 5 staff 2 of them is from china Mr Pavel wake up your idea most of the customer will stop purchase. I been supporting u for years. Too disappointed about the service of your system

Sometimes... parts arrived in a long time. However I understand that they need to wait parts to arrive from their suppliers before they can send it to us the buyers, and during this pandemic there was a lot of delay, and it's understandable. What I respect is their commitment to make the delivery even though it took a long time to do it, I even forgot I have ordered here until the item appear on my door. The good thing is I can still find parts for my car here, where in my country it's really hard to get parts for it. Prices are very competitive, shipping cost is very affordable, and for parts that is out of stock after I ordered it, the refund is quick.
