Good place for exercising, space abit small but with variety of equipments available for those using the gym floor.

So many different types of group exercises classes you can choose to attend ?

I like it .The cardio and weight lifting is quite high tech and the sauna is good.however the personal trainer are too busy to entertain question and we have to wait . I like the resting area where we can take lemon water quite refreshing and relaxing.

DON’T sign up for fitness first. Not to mention is hard to book a time slot. They didn’t state on app/contract when booking the slots or classes if you are late beyond 5 mins after class starts they won’t allow you to enter. And the staff told me it’s USUALLY like this and you need to be punctual for all classes. Don’t understand where this “usually” is from. And since all gym floors are fully booked, totally waste of time here.

Small size gym...good to come during PH and weekend... lesser crowd.

I will not recommend people to join as a member in this fitness first. The club manager never perform her duty, resulting the members react like they are the queens. She let the members to fight their way out to get the best spots in the studio before the classes Begin. A lot unhappiness in all the classes once this member appears. The member fees is extremely higher. Not worth to pay for. When you see some of the instructors are lazy, and 'so call' they teach you the steps, but they just stand there watching the participants do the exercises. Some club's facilities are dirty and noisy.

Poor service, not delivering to the price they charge customers. PT is good and helpful. however, admin staffs are definitely not. 1. App booking is not intuitive (e.g. you have to select 'AMK Hub.' but the caveats there are 'AMK Hub..' or 'AMK Hub....' or any variations along that line. its often showing 1 slot left even though the slots just released) 2. When there is membership issue, admin staffs are not proactively offering solutions or what customer should do next. the only solution they give is to extend for 1 year, regardless customers needs. 3. Came once to settle membership issue, but staff said I should visit the week after as there is some issue with the system. I came on the next week but then they said I came late and I need to pay more to settle my membership... Disappointed. I expect customer service can live up with their brand and the price they charged. Instead, I have way more additional problems which I need to settle my own with no clear guidelines/assistance.
