Honest, Experience and worth every penny. Definitely a return trip as location is less than 5 minute from home, opens on Sunday and Ah Keong advises on the important parts that needs to be replaced. Wish them good prosperity business along the way.

Great place and good mechanics. They will tell u whats necessary to change and no hard sell. Open daily but always full of cars, do make an appointment before going over. Recommended car workshop and vehicle servicing for westsiders.

I went to 2 places prior to Fix Auto to have my aircon checked, and both were not able to identify the problem. My aircon would blow out hot air for at least 5 mins before it would start to cool down. Ah Keong from Fix Auto was able to immediately identify that my compressor was spoiling, but not completely spoilt yet, that is why the car would still cool down after 5 minutes. He is a very nice guy and was able to get it done fast, and the next day I could collect my car.

After getting my Parf car (Vezel),i was looking for a workshop near my area in Jurong West. I was looking for a trusted workshop & has quality service. By asking Google, FIX Auto was one of the option with positive feedbacks. I engaged them for the 1st full servicing for my ride. As per review, they had proven that i made the correct choice. My appointment date was well scheduled by the workshop Admin lady *(ooopss...forgotten her name - my bad), she even reminded me via whatsapp when nearing appt date. When reached workshop, Ah Keong, attended to my car with friendly gesture & did a full check since its my 1st full servicing after my buy & its a 2nd hand car. Listed down list of recommendations (with physical witnessing & advice).The list includes recommendations of clearing black smoke, lower arm replacement (found to be worn). After servicing, his team provided car wash & vaccum service. On top of it, few freebies *(???) given. Price was reasonable. After few months, vezel as usual gave the electrical fault code. Immediately went to FIX Auto & Ah Keong came to the rescue to clear the error codes on the spot with my presence (out of goodwill - WoW!) Given assurance that the car is fine & not to worry. ??Excellent service! Ah Keong and his dedicated team strives to ensure that the workmanship is top notch, be it servicing, repairs or even adding new enhancements. My car had various wear and tears (> 10 years), and they manage to provide useful recommendations on parts to change and also patiently troubleshoot a persistent knocking sound after a coilover installation which was due to old linkages. There is no hard selling and the communication/updates provided is timely and accompanied with pictures of the faulty parts. During car collection, you can see the parts that had been replaced (and understand the location of wear and tear) for peace of mind. ?

Highly highly recommended! Had my servicing at their workshop. Was warmly greeted by Boss ah Keong and Lady boss with a smile! Although they were busy, but service always tip top! They explained the servicing process in details and confirmed the pricing with me as discussed. No hidden costs! And won’t anyhow quote Unnecessary repair needed. The team had gone the extra mile to help find and solve the vibration and noise of my drive. I'd also changed my tyres and suspension at the workshop. Since my i-casual is uncommon, they had to spend time and effort to source for parts to do so, which they did. Kudos and thank you very much. A honest and trustworthy workshop to go to.

I took over my dad’s old car without any knowledge about auto repair, the boss was super nice and patient, went above and beyond to check everything for me and made honest recommendations- now the car is like new and super nice to drive :) Was abit scared to go to a workshop without much knowledge for fear of getting scammed, but the explanations were very thorough, and the pricing was all very transparent to me before I leave my car there. I’ve been to two other workshops in that area and Fix Auto exceeded both in terms of workmanship and service. Happy that such a good workshop is close to my home! Would be worth it to make a trip down even if it’s far. There are always lots of cars pending work there, but it’s a testament to how awesome the shop is! Thank you so much for helping me!
