★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Starry and team one week before my wedding for the full works and was very nervous that there wouldn't be slots or if the replies were slow - but they turned around via WhatsApp in hours and gave me a huge peace of mind. In terms of work quality, Starry and Sri were fast and good (especially considering I am on the hairier side), and very amicable to boot. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Starry, Hairloom for at least the last 12 years. Starry is professional; she genuinely care for her customers. I take facial and eyebrow threading services from her. She only recommends what is good and necessary for you. Never hard sell.
Once in a while threading therapist may not give what I wanted, just let Starry or her therapist know. They will always try their best.
Starry runs an independent business, I fully support her and her entrepreneurship. That's why I keep going back to her ?
