I totally enjoyed the experience: the facility is really nice and clean, Novelle (consultant) was super nice and clear in explaining what was going to happen and how the facial was different. My therapist Christine was the best: attentive to me being comfortable and explaining the steps while being discreet. I am definitely going back, in fact I’ve booked my next appointment already!

We enjoy the experience throughout and stick to beautician Christian and Brandy. They are both professional and very skilled. I’d recommend to everyone. Remember to check with Shirley about the latest treatment, she is so friendly and suggest The Eye treatment to us years ago which we are so happy to add in our routine. No hard sell!

My consultant, Novelle, was patient in explaining the various packages information and offered personalised packages. The team was respectful, did not try to hard sell and paid attention to the needs that I had! Had a really pleasant experience! :)

She is very good with her massage skills and uses just the right amount of pressure on the face and in all the right places. I'm not one who likes to sign up for beauty service packages but the reasonable pricing and the thought of looking forward to Aimee's facials made this an exception! Look for Aimee and you will not be disappointed. The place is clean, quiet and the staff are all very friendly. Highly recommended.

My scarring was significantly reduced. Furthermore, the service was excellent. Novelle was extremely helpful with the treatment process and promptly answered any questions I had. Lynn gave an excellent service and always tried to make me comfortable throughout the process. Overall, I would recommend this treatment for anyone who would want a flawless back. In sum, the service was impeccable and I felt very comfortable throughout each session.
