β β β β β As mentioned typically that most of us and if not everyone, have seen this store on a regular basis and interval on most occasions whenever a commute or meeting with friends are on course.
The nature of their services includes various current Brandβs manufactures products and devices that are there mainly for servicing,maintenance and replacement of parts. Although their Operational procedures seems sensible enough to be deemed a repair store and shop, I do believe that more can be done to ensure the entire community will benefit from its services.
1) Expanding the current location opposite Tampines Hub to many convenient locations across Singapore so that commuters and communities will benefit from this.
2) Having more services that ensure that laptop servicings are made more quickly to be repaired and maintained with. In addition, Having more flexibility for coming to a compromise in terms of hidden costs, charges and any other forms of increment with regards to servicings, daily maintenance and such are also another factor to be implemented as well. Lastly, more flexibility in terms of operating days and hours are a key necessity as well :)

Price was reasonable and the service rended was excellent. I thoroughly recommend this store if you're facing any issues with your laptop/pc.
