Sent in my Mac book Pro with multiple issues. Such as unable to boot & random shutdowns. TRIT computer engineers were able to fix in in 2 weeks and also offered complimentary keyboard fixes as well. I went to Apple/other repair centre and they all told me they were unable to fix but TRIT did it. Lastly, the quoted price was reasonable as well.

The service technician is very helpful and help with a quick fix of detached command keypad that saves me alot of time so I can get back to work on my laptop on the next working day. The service fee is also very reasonable. Thank you Trit.

Very turn off by the over promising datelines. Sent my laptop for repair a few months ago as was having blue screens. They said they can have it diagnosed within 1 day and possibly on the same day. They only got back regardingthe diagnose one week later. I carried on with the repair and they claim itll take them upto 5 working days which is fair, but only got it back after 2-3 weeks. Im totally ok with them having slow timelines, but I was turned off that they did not meet the timelines. After recieving back my laptop I still encountered times where my laptop froze, but that was occasionally so i did not bother to get it fixed under the warranty as I deem it too much of a trouble and did not want to wait again for 3 weeks. (Slight issue on my part) Within a few months my laptop has more bluescreens and stopped working, but this may possibly be unrelated issue. It is upto whoever sees this if you want to trust them.

Spilled a drink onto my macbook earlier today, and called the staff asking them what I should do. After explaining what could have possibly happened to my laptop, he asked me to come down to the shop directly. Upon arriving, the staff members were very friendly, and comforting. They could tell that I was definitely anxious about my laptop, as I had submissions due that day. However, the staff did not skimp on any precautionary measures, and still explained the worse case scenarios to me, in such a tactful manner. Afterwards, they even loaned a macbook to me to complete my work. It was very thoughtful. They then were very responsive over text, and always updated me on the process. It helped with the anxious feeling quite a bit. The best part was that they were able to fix everything in about 3.5 hours. I am genuinely very impressed, and will definitely recommend this shop !

My screen having flickering and coloring issue when I’m doing zoom video conferencing. I checked with few repair shops but most of them are lack of equipment to test for me. I manage to find TRIT, They are professional and provision on what they specialise in. Their price is reasonable and my laptop lcd screen problem was fixed within a day. Highly recommended for those who are having laptop lcd screen problem. Definitely will come back for my future laptop repair.

Very good and satisfied with TRIT, manage to resolve my acer laptop intermittent hang, freezing and slow issue. I used to bring my laptop to Sim Lim Square and repair shop nearby my house to repair, most shops every time ask me to reformat my laptop, at first yes it does help, but the problem keep coming back. TRIT saved my laptop. They charge for diagnosis and Waive off when I repair with them. I think its fair and reasonable. The specialist manage to resolve my issue by identifying the issue of my HDD problem. They advise me to change the HDD and quoted me different pricing on HDD and recommend me to upgrade to SSD to speed up and improve the overall performance. At first, I thought they try to scam me as I had been using the HDD normally and I still able to save my data and files inside. When I ask them how they are able to confirm, and they are willing and helpful enough to share with me and show me how its been identified and show me the fault result from their specialize tool. They also told me that, when HDD having problem, sometime after reformat its still able to use but it won’t last long. I listen to their advice and give it a try. Its has been more then 3 months now, everything is still working perfectly fine. My laptop is even running much faster than before, thanks for their advice. They really know what they are doing. Today, I’m bringing my another Acer laptop to them to service. The money spent here is well worth. High recommend for anyone who need laptop repair in Singapore

Excellent service from Alan at Tampines, they couldn't have been nicer, explained everything clearly. Not only did they replace the battery on my 2014 MBP in a couple of hours, he noticed the thermal compound had disintegrated and sorted that too at a discount. The screen and keyboard came back clean as it was when it was new, and he'd noticed a couple of the rubber feet were missing, and replaced these too for free. Thank you! Highly recommended.
