★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CEO has no right to manage matters now and repayment of loans are subject to Board’s approval. Meetings supposedly set for repayment schedules were delayed month on month. Coming to a year and still haven’t gotten money back. Typical stall tactic. May or may not be a scam, but definitely bad management in the matter. Be careful when dealing with this company and its affiliates.
