When I went in to the shop, I was pleased with the service as the lady who served me gave good recommendations. I tried 2 dresses and liked the first one alot and it was within my budget. However, the lady's face and attitude changed immediately when I told her I will think about it. She even asked me, "you can't decide today?" Which I thought it was quite rude, customers have the right to think about it right?? If the service was good, I would have bought the dress and bring my mum to get one too. Dresses are nice, but service could have been better.

She was warm and helpful in recommending me a suitable gown. I was so pleased with her recommendations that I bought it instantly. I went back again on 22/6/19 to get a second gown from Yvonne. She was patient explaining the details of the town to me, as always. I highly recommend brides to be and all mums of bride to visit Flamingo Boutique. You will never fail to find something that suits you. The fabric and the cut of the gowns are flattering and most importantly, Yvonne who is knowledgeable and friendly adds to the reason to visit the shop.

The staff (?owner) all but chased us out giving 10001 reasons why we shouldn't be there, including pricing (we hadn't even given a budget) and the fact that it was purchase-only. Unfortunately a very off-putting experience and certainly not worth your time - there are plenty of other stores carrying international labels with far better service.

The price range is about 600-800, includes alterations - are you comfortable with this?” I said sure! Very upfront statement, but no offense taken. YET. Then after understanding that my event is about 8 months away, store lady started to give a 3-5 mins SPEECH that basically highlights these: 1. There is only 1 dress of every design 2. So no point trying today if you have no intent to buy 3. Event still very far away, so no need to try the designs today Very off-putting. I made an excuse to leave with my mum and before leaving, the store lady REPEATED the same things above saying “it makes more sense to try only if you want to buy. You can go and compare with other shops and come back to try these dresses on if you like what you see today”. Lol appalling service. Thanks but no thanks.
R	Review Account on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yvonne was extremely professional. The moment I walked into the shop, she picked out the perfect dress for me - one I would have chosen even without her help. I was rushing to find a dress as the event was in 24h. Yvonne rushed the whole process for me and got the altered dress delivered to my house within 4h. Everyone loved the dress and it was top-notch. You are paying for quality and great service here and in my opinion, completely worth it. The royal blue satin was beautiful and the alteration (included in the price of the dress) was great. Best rash decision I ever made!

I went there with some loose ideas about the kind of dress I was looking for but she found a beautiful dress that looked amazing on me! Highly recommend 10/10 and 10/10 for the staff too!

The personal attention and service I received from Yvonne was impeccable. There were several elegant pieces, and Yvonne helped pick the two most suitable ones for me. The design and details are a cut above all else I’ve seen among various boutiques. She was most helpful in fitting them out for me, attending to the minor alterations thereafter. Yvonne also provided other useful fashion tips. All in all, her professionalism and attention to details made it a memorable purchase experience for me. Would definitely recommend others to this unique Singapore boutique.
