Always doesn't fail! Their coffee is fantastic & super affordable! Doesn't hurt that I can just park at the side of the road and pick up my coffee when it's ready via the app order system :)

The store offers free drink for those vaccinated. The drink can be anything and of any size, except bottled drinks. I got their Nutella Latte - which the barista said to be their popular drink. Although the Nutella taste was not that strong, but it gave a tinge of sweetness. The drink, as a result, was well balanced.

Great affordable coffee at a good location! Very convenient to drop by between lessons to get a good pick-me-up. Glad to know they actually put double ristretto into each cup, so I can actually taste the coffee in my latte, unlike sbux!

Friendly barista however will be nice if he keeps his mask on properly. Distasteful experience for me personally, found a bug in the drink and showed it to him. He mentioned it’s quite common that these flies have being around the store given the environment. He offered another drink in replacement of this which I rejected. Shared this with Flash Coffee where they offered a promo code as well. Overall service recovery was decent, however sharing this for others to take note incase you find smth plasticky in your drink. Hopefully this has since being rectified. Awful experience for me, won’t be back at this outlet for sure.

Flash coffee seems like a franchise with promising ideas but struggles in the execution. Their app works well enough. You can order the coffee on the app and specify the time you want to pick it up. But the baristas never have the coffee ready on time. The first two times I ordered coffee via the app, I had to wait 15 minutes after reaching the outlet even though I ordered online 15 minutes before I got there. 30 minutes to make a cup of coffee? So, the third time I decided to order coffee directly at the shop. This was worse because I stood at the front of the queue for about 10 minutes while the guy making coffee and the girl who's supposed to take my order both ignored me. I walked away without ordering anything. It's stupidly ridiculous how untrained and disorganised the staff are. That's why it gets one star. The coffee is supposedly cheap but for the taste, quality, and service on offer, it should be much cheaper.

Got a drink at the NUS outlet. My attendant was Norleena Candy. She was very accommodating to my requests regarding my drink, while upholding a cheerful smile. Thank you Candy for your wonderful service!!

As a first timer, I was really looking forward to buying coffee @ Flash. Since i am working at NUS area, i decided to buy it there. With all the people keeps talking about it, I end up being disappointed. Bought a large ice nuttela latte with coconut milk but i didn’t taste any nutella in it. I am aware that the coconut milk might be overpowering the taste but the nutella should at least be a bit more. I also bought for a friend a regular ice macadamia latte & she also commented that the macadamia syrup is too little as the taste was not there. Together with a muffin, paid $17 & it was quitte disappointing. Expected more considering everyone is talking about Flash Coffee.. To each its own, everyone has their own different opinion but this is mine. It is not nice.
