Flash Coffee

Tried the vanilla latte , mediocre at best. Managed to finish but it's watery and tasteless , Nescafe' can coffee taste better then this and it's cheaper.

First timer so gave their latte a try since it's a staple My company's machine would serve better tasting coffee. Not going back. Hot drink did not come with a sleeve and with these pricing, I'm better off walking a few more steps to other alternatives

Gave @flashcoffee_sg a visit at their Robinson road outlet since it was just around my workplace. They are currently giving FREE coffee to anyone who have been vaccinated, and they have a wide variety of flavours to choose from. Because we enjoy nutty coffee, we opted for their macadamia latte. A perfect drink on a rainy day, served at the perfect temperature and has a slight sweetness to it. Perhaps not something that I’ll go for if I’m craving for a strong cup of latte, but who knows!! Their regular latte might be that cup hehe ☕️

Hygiene issues - ordered two ice drinks from this outlet and there was a fly crushed underneath the ice that I discovered only after nearly finishing the drink. I guess I enjoyed the drink (tasty enough, so one extra star) but hygienic standards not where it should be. [addendum: in response to Flash Coffee below, which seemingly is not visible publicly] Thanks for your quick response. But no thanks on that offer. I prefer to make my own Iced Avo Latte with a crushed fly at the bottom(photo attached for reference), rather than pay Flash Coffee for the privilege. Maybe insist on a/c at the outlet, to reduce pest activity in that space (the Oxley outlet was warm indoors - sure, you, or your franchisee if that is your model, got to do cost management and all- but keeping indoors cooler could help with that and maybe keep the staff less cranky too)

I ordered the all day breakfast bundle. As you can see from the picture, it shows TWO x croissant (Ham and Cheese) and an iced drink. Was given order #301. It was billed as butter croissant. I questioned why am I sold something that is entirely different from your advert. The cashier apologized and changed the order, and gave me order #302 instead. Finally the receipt made sense. I initially made 2nd order for a Bagel, but forget it. The cashier guy seems to be struggling extremely hard with the system, and my 1st order took 5 minutes. Simply no training done to the team at all. So here comes the food. I am only given ONE piece of croissant, instead of TWO as per advert. So much for integrity. It is also a normal tasting pastry, nothing special at all. And lastly, I ordered MilkTea. Look at the picture and long story short, it has to be poured away after a sip. I do not usually give low ratings for F&B in google review. I would have given 1 star. But the poor cashier boy was so courteous but helpless, I shall give a 2 star, and that’s about it.

Had a delivery order from Foodpanda (free delivery min.$15 spend). Ordered onion bagel with ham & cheese for a treat! and also Oatly Latte Regular Iced. Soooo delicious. Everything was packed well and no spill. Appreciate the staff covered the drink with a layer of paper to prevent spillage. Thank you!! :)

Inconsistent service and quality as the staffs aren't always the same. Sometimes the coffee are good but sometimes too diluted or too strong, there are a few times I noticed the espresso was pre-brewed and poured from the measuring cup and it wasn't even rush hour. There are friendly staffs too but often times cashiers are the impatient ones. Pros - Love the branding and reasonable price.

Quick, straightforward, and bold treatments to the traditional notion of coffee. Location is convenient, service is fast, and people know their stuff. Their app helps with your ordering before heading down to getting a coffee fix. I'd personally find them like an angmoh yakun. Prices are not cheap, but not ridiculous either.
