★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atha Yoga studio is a perfect safe haven, filled with love and great energy. Their Instructors are very passionate with their teachings, to educate and inspire others. Teacher Om sees to the individuality of each student and teaches them accordingly to their age, ability and health condition. He helps us understand the learning processes involved as well as the principles of practice. His private yoga sessions gave me personalised instruction that I wouldn’t have in group classes. Let him know your goals, and he will carefully adjust the sequence and help you work towards them. His virtual classes are just as good as his in person classes.
Teacher Sunil’s online classes are ideal for any level and always different. Each class begins with some background on a particular area of the yoga and this is linked into the yoga poses in that class… Which is nice ! I would highly recommend this studio !
