Gave them the deal to install GPS and security camera for 4 company vehicles in March. The GPS is working well, so we entrusted them that their cameras also work well. Unfortunately 2 vehicles encountered accidents in July while parked at neighbourhood open space car park (where there are no security cameras around). Hence, we could not catch the culprit drivers because they have already escaped the scene. So the only way is to see the recordings from the camera. To our dismay, when we check from the microSD cards, there are no recordings at all! So I called this company to check all the cameras, and they realised that all 4 cameras (not 1 or 2, but 4) are SPOILT??? And we mind everyone that it is only within 4 months of usage, it should not be spoilt UNLESS they gave us defected goods in the first place. After all these happened, while we could have catch the culprits if only the cameras are not defected, we felt wronged that we had to bear the costs of repairing the 2 damaged vehicles when initially we have engaged this company to install cameras to prevent such circumstances from happening. In summary, to avoid the same mishap, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Otherwise, deal with them at YOUR OWN RISK!
