★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service! Purchased a Capisco chair that was delivered with a defect on the fabric, with a height lever that doesn’t work and haven’t heard from the customer service. They said they will repair but didn’t show up to collect the chair. At $2000 the chair I would expect a better follow up and customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a HAG Capisco chair. I simply love the stylish design and pop colour as it brightens up my room and most importantly the cushion is very thick and it supports my back very well. Having to sit for long hours while working from home, my back pain is much better these days. The mechanism for this chair is also very smooth and easy to function. I would highly recommend to this chair to all!
