★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a few places in search of a dining table and finally bought Raung Dining Table from Knock Knock. It has a nice wooden finishing (love the touch of the grains) with aluminium legs which makes it easier to move around, yet firm and stable. I must add that their customer service has left a deep impression too. Xavier has been extremely helpful and patience with the questions i posted, making it a pleasant buying experience. Thank you Xavier and i highly recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased customized marble dining and console table from Knocknock recently. Although there are minor defects on both table stand, it was resolved quickly. The quality is pretty good and we are happy with our purchases. Xavier is responsible and responsive to customers too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved into a new home and were looking for furniture in the Tan Boon Liat Building when we ran into the Knocknock showroom. Their well crafted pieces had the style we were looking for and their unlimited customization options allowed us to select something that was right for our floorplan and taste. Xavier went above and beyond to provide great customer service in the process of designing and making our table, chairs and sofa. I highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very dodgy shop that cheated me on a bespoke sectional sofa i engaged them to manufacture. The dimensions and design were agreed upon per drawing. However, they delivered a piece that was radically different and not functional - some seats cannot be used (refer to attached pics). Spoke to the management that decided to side with their sales and manufacturing team and disputed the relevance of the design draft. Their proposal was for me to pay an additional sum to get the sofa restored - so basically a double whammy for me. It's been one month now and the management rather debate and play the blame game than bite the bullet and refund me my money.
I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping here. Your buying experience will be defined by mis-selling, misinformation, poor customer service, manufacturing defects and requests for more money to deliver on the right product.
Pls convey this to your social network as I don't think anyone deserves such a harrowing / stressful / painful shopping experience. Can only emphathise with the other 1 star comments below

Our ordered product hasn't arrived yet, so can't comment on the quality/delivery speed/post-sale customer support, but the journey to the purchase was smooth, efficient and positive thus far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon Knocknock when we accompanied our friends to hunt for their sofa. Never did we expect to love the comfort of their sofas so much that we made a mental note to return when we had to get ours. Xavier was such a great help with introducing potential materials for our sofa customization. 10/10 for his expertise and experience. The follow-up service was a great experience that we returned to them to get our headboard for our master bed upholstered. I must say our expectations were pretty high and the workmanship of both customized products exceeded them. Thank you for beautifying our home with your products, Knocknock, we will definitely head back when we need to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family was shopping for a bar table set at Tan Boon Liat building when we chanced upon Knock Knock Furniture. We immediate fell in love with their Marselle bar table and Pacific bar chairs. Xavier was very knowledgeable about the products and we knew we have made the right choice. His service was excellent and even accommodated our request to pull in the delivery date since we completed our renovation earlier. My family totally enjoyed the new furniture since the delivery 3 days ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 1 solid wood round dining table (Salsa) and 6 dining chairs (Duo) on 23/12/2017 for $2499. Within 4 years since purchase, we have had to replace all the insert nuts in ALL the chairs because they used insert nuts of terrible quality that splintered and broke. To make things even worse, we repaired these ourselves and found that simply buying a higher quality replacement (50c more) gave us a much more durable sitting experience.
But this isn't the worst of it, the entire base of the table collapsed on us too. Photos below. The store has fancy designs but the quality is well below par. Even my cheaper Ikea furniture has lasted longer.
