Ordered a freezer and a chiller 4 months back. Was adviced after a month that it was ready but when we asked for the freezer and chiller to be delivered, Flomatic adviced that there has been a mistake and our freezer and chiller was sold off to another client. As such, we had to wait another 4 more weeks for a new freezer and chiller to be made! This cost us alot of inconvenience as we had to delay our shop opening for business! When the new freezer and chiller was finally ready, the company took so many days to deliver giving alot of excuses! Eg. Lorry breakdown halfway while on the way to our shop, etc. When our freezer and chiller was finally delivered, the racks were missing. We had to wait for another week for the racks in the freezer and chiller to be delivered. Customer service really SUCKS for this company! Full of excuses and absolutely no compensation for causing all the inconvenience and stress to their customers. No matter how good or cheap their products are, I will definitely NOT recommend buying from them! It's just not worth the stressful experience to go through!

I would like to share my personal experience for excellent service given by Flomatic as compare from others. Few years ago, My fridges (not Flomatic Brand) break down during holiday season include sunday. They would just come down to solve my problems and let my business continue going. In the end, i brought a few new Flomatic fridge which goes working perfectly. Even though, there is a minor fault, they will come service in time. As compare with other equipment suppilers, sat/sun and public holiday, u cannot even find a single soul to help you. Well done Flomatic.

Asking for basic details like pricing and dimension is very much a hassle. They will ask you questions first before they answer your question. Just skip and go to the next better player.

Good product range and lifetime. My advice is to opt for warranty coverage and not take the basic coverage for compressor only.

Worst customer service ever. The fridge termal control stopped working after a few days and claim its our own fault and made us pay for part replacement. Now the lock is loose and obviously its a manufacturing defect, they want to charge for part and labour to change the lock! Its less than 1 month old. Defintely filing a case against this company.
