Recommended by our ID to drop them a visit for our renovation of newly bought house. Great location, about 10mins walk from the nearest train station (Mattar). Love how the showroom is setup where you can feel the vinyls with your bare feet, and having a huge collection on display! Consultant that served us were professional and when thru an extensive explanation between the pros and cons of each series. Came back with a piece of sample "select oak light" of the quick step series, love it, heavily in favor for our reno. ?

This company was engaged via our interior Designer for our house renovation. They are unable to complete their works promptly, as it is very difficult to obtain installation slots. After the initial installation of the vinyl, they have left multiple areas in our house undone for long periods of time. Skirting on the stairs have been left undone for 1 month and counting. When the workers returned after the initial installation, they brought wrong materials and were unable complete the skirting. Vinyl along the walkway was not level with the adjacent existing tiles and as such, the concrete underneath needed to be levelled up. After it was levelled up, it was found to be too high and then needed to be levelled down again. At this point, we have been waiting for the re-laying of the vinyl in the hallway for 2 weeks. The affected area is loosely covered with tarp. With a young child at home, this is a daily trip hazard. If you choose to engage this company, be wary of their service delivery standards and in particular whether they are able to allocate resources to complete your house renovation in a timely manner. This has been a frustrating experience and we would caution all future customers against using their services.

Among the contractors we have dealt with, Floor Xpert is our favourite. Everything was smooth sailing and exceeded our expectations. Claire gave a very good impression from the first day. She arrived on time for the site visit, provided samples of vinyl for us to choose from, and very knowledgeable in her field. After we received our quotation, we headed to the showroom to choose our vinyl and Claire was patient with all our questions and request for samples. To homeowners wondering if they can deal with fully furnished homes, they did it in 1 and a half day! Installers were very professional and workmanship is superb.

I was attended by Lena. She has good product knowledge and friendly. Delivery was prompt as promised. I must compliment her team workers as they are friendly, hard working and with good skills. As you can see from the pictures, the flooring are nicely done up as well as the staircase. I will strongly recommend their service.

From the get go, Chris was very helpful with our questions and understood the schedule of our renovation of when we need the vinyl flooring installed. There were minor defects on the old vinyl flooring from the previous owners that Chris helped to rectify as well. We were really impressed with the speed and quality of the installation by the FloorXpert team as well. The pricing is not the most affordable but we were glad that we paid for the quality. Highly recommend FloorXpert and Chris!

I’ve nvr been a fan of tiles and a friend recommended me to FloorXperts for their Vinyl flooring, which is a more cost efficient alternative to hacking the original tiles. The sales assistants at the showroom were friendly and the consultant, Chris explained the things to consider during his site visit. Installation was completed professionally and efficiently within 5 hrs for 3 rooms. Would highly recommend to others who are considering vinyl flooring!
