Unable to sell loose qty tiles but other tiles shop can ..person in the shop say boss say cannot sell in loose pack must min. 1 pack .bought last year from them no issues can sell but now cannot ..not so friendly.. business too good maybe ..went to hafary ..no issues..Not that I never buy before from Malford Have to replace a few broken ones I bought from them last year ..even I agreed to look for different colors.. value of sale too small minute..not interested

Very high quality choices. Price are more reasonable. The salesperson Jo is very patient and helpful and the boss takes full responsibility for accidents. Very trusted company.

We bought our tiles from Malford one year ago after reading many positive reviews online and after visiting a few larger suppliers elsewhere. When we first went to Malford, the small display area may be underwhelming. But after chatting with Justin from Malford, we learnt a lot about with tips on choosing the right tiles and reasons for the different costing available. Justin also asked for our budget and helped us to make recommendations within our budget. From our discussion, we felt his sincerity and trusted him so much that we decided to go back to Justin/ Malford as our tiles supplier and took his recommendation of the Spanish/ Italian tiles instead of our initial intention for cheaper, Chinese tiles. As the inventory for the tiles we needed was just nice, there were many issues and concerns we had. There were also logistics issues faced when delivering the tiles. However, as things that happened were not expected, we're impressed with Malford's professionalism in handling the issues by rectifying them as soon as possible. Eventually, things were sorted without much delay to our renovation (we engaged a different tiler as tiler is engaged by contractor.) I've delayed the review comment as I've been busy, but also wanted to see if there's any regret after the initial euphoria of having a renovated house. One year from then, We're still very happy with our renovation, and even more so with our tiles!! We love our big, square tiles in living room which makes our floor cooling during hot days, and our toilet tiles which makes our small toilet looks spacious and yet dries up very quickly. All thanks to recommendation by Justin! Huge thank you to Justin and Malford!!

I would honestly recommending purchasing tiles from them carefully. We initially went to Malford and was quite impressed with the range that they carried, and how they specialised in Italian tiles, because in our minds, Italian=Quality, right? The range was wide, and their salesperson, Jom, was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were competitive even though their boss was pushy. However, our nightmare really started after the purchase. The tiles came in, and our contractor was furious. The Italian tiles were seriously warped (it wasn't flat, how can tiles not be flat, you'd ask? I don't know either, but even my contractor was surprised by how poor of a quality the tiles were), of different sizes, and most importantly, the tiles differed from samples. The finishing was matte instead of glossy, and I was simply told by Malford that it was such, and I had to accept it. As of now, my renovation project has been vastly delayed, and all of the sales people from Malford have changed their faces and attitude. But I've been told that I am the unreasonable one even though the quality of the Italian tiles I ordered is not as promised. It's frankly quite bizarre!

After reading the review on Facebook. I decide to visit their showroom. Francis attended to me for kitchen tabletop material and floor tiles. I was so amazed that they have an alternative option which is to use porcelain material instead of using the usual quartz to install as tabletop. What I like about using porcelain material is the design and durability . Personally, I feel its even better than the usual quartz. Francis is very honest and has very good knowledge of his products. He will be able to recommend what is best for you. Best of all, after going to many tiles shop. I find that Malford has the most competitive prices. Highly recommended to visit them.

Malford has a great selection of premium tiles. We were impressed also by their high service standard. Andy in particular was super patient despite our multiple questions and trips down to to the shop. He was sincere, knowledgeable and also had a background in interior design which was helpful. We didn’t feel pressured at any point to make a decision, which was nice because tile selection can be pretty stressful! His colleagues were also very helpful in bringing out the tiles and laying them on the floor for us to see and compare - you don’t get this type of service in other shops. We’ve made reservations for tiles there and can’t wait for them to be delivered.
