★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend Angeline Low for her resourcefulness and professionalism. I had my renovation in 2019. Due to tiling issues, I contacted Ms Angeline to repair my existing vinyl affected by the rectification of tiles. I had a scare to know there was insufficient new vinyl in Floorich warehouse to replace my existing vinyl. Angeline was helpful to source for new vinyl to complete the repair work and appreciate her effort to follow through. Thumb up for her good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had company remove old laminate flooring and installed new vinyl flooring(similar to laminate flooring but made of vinyl), click and lock system. Vinyl flooring is better than laminate flooring and is more moisture resistant than laminates. The senior sales executive,Vic, was very responsive and diligent in ensuring our requirements were met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The American White Oak flooring installed in our apartment was so well done and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The quality of the workmanship was far beyond my expectations compared to the pricing. The people who installed it did a good job as well considering there were no defects to the wood. When inquiring about the flooring, they were patient and detailed in their explanation about what type of flooring would be suitable for my house in contrast to my budget which shows how well informed and knowledgeable they were about the use of their products.

I know nothing about vinyl flooring but Angeline was patient to explain the difference in pricing and quality. Everyone that visits my house complement the vinyl floor. Highly recommend to anyone that is planning to put vinyl overlay.
