They do not deserve a single star. Absolutely ridiculous product and service. The fruits were ripe (and some were starting to rot), and to add to the insult, the kiwis weren't even removed from their original packaging. You can also see the tape that was used to keep the fruit in place, it was done without much care, thought or effort - a five year old could do a better job than this. Utterly disgusting florist - when we called to complain - they simply brushed us off and offered us a 10% discount on our next order.

Posting this review on behalf of a friend. I feel this should not brushed aside as it is not fair to the consumer. My friend ordered an extraordinary flower arrangement from A Better Florist for a shop opening, as such designs are not available with other florists. Turns out, the result is not the same as the photo presented on their website, flowers have not bloomed yet (and this is for an opening!), skirting is different, ribbon is different and even the sign is badly printed! No disrespect intended , but this slightly more expensive flower arrangement is just like any others that has been delivered at the shop opening. When my friend pursued the unhappiness with the florist, they said "it looks perfectly fine to me". Yes one may argue that the flower arrangement looks perfectly fine, flowers will bloom tomorrow, skirting colour no stock that day, ribbons are of different taste, name on the sign is still legible. Fine. And one may say that it's perfectly fine to send carnations to your girlfriend on Valentines Day and white chrysanthemums to your mum on Mothers Day. They are flowers after all. Of course it is also perfectly fine to ask your mum if she has made a will already, just when she has been diagnosed with cancer, as well as the chef chopping off the head and tail of a whole fish served at the wedding banquet. BUT if you don't understand the subtle yet importance of what your flower arrangement delivers, you cant possibly be a better florist. You cant be a florist at all. Whether there is pride and passion in you and your business, it shows. It's all over your flower arrangement.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my bouquets for my mom & mom-in-law for Mother's Day! Please see how much the flowers cost, the pictures of what was promised, and what were actually delivered. & i had to receive the flowers BEFORE being informed that it won't be what i expected! This is unacceptable! Do you think these tiny bouquets cost $114 & $93 each? Horrible!!! I could've chosen other flower companies, but I had faith in you A Better Florist! What a scam!!!

Scam. Non delivery. Invoice doesn’t have any contact details. Helpline is no help at all. Not says they cannot contact delivery team. Delivery supposed to be at 10am-1pm. Until 8pm still no fruit basket and no email. Requested refund but no reply from helpline.

It's a scam, first they tell you they've delivered the item/product but nothing has been delivered. Then they proceed to stall for time and hope to run down your patience. Eventually I was delivered the product after multiple queries, no apologies were made for the late delivery, instead I was shown "delivery proof" as if the product arrived on time, even as the customer service claimed it was already delivered on time. The flowers in question were also delivered as if it were on it's last legs, it was questionably wilting and I had to throw it away, I'm not going to give flowers that look like they're dying.

Horrible experience. Horrible is an understatement to describe it. No respect for said time of delivery. I picked 9-1pm time, but delivered it to my mom at 6pm. The driver even handed the wrong flowers. To think, I placed the order 2 days ago, to give them ample of time. It’s not even a rush and late order. I RARELY write reviews, but this time, for a simple mother’s day gift, they can’t make it right. I DEMAND FULL REFUND.

Absolutely atrocious service. First, I requested for delivery at 4pm and this was confirmed by Better Florist's customer service officers via email. Yet, the flowers were delivered at 12pm when I was not at home. Second, the bouquet looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Not only was it much smaller than what was advertised, but the flowers in the bouquet were completely different. Instead of the purple and white roses I saw in pictures of the Juliette, I got a far cheaper and droopy set of carnations. In no way, shape or form was I given any warning that the flowers had to be replaced or the reason thereof. Third, I was promised a card to accompany the flowers. What I got was a piece of paper stapled to the receipt. I was mortified that my mother had to read our mother's day wishes from a damp, crumpled, limp piece of paper. Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing and upsetting experience.

This is a joke. Received a vday bouquet from my boyfriend and they gave a half deflated heart helium balloon and the flowers weren’t even fresh.DO BETTER.
