★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my ticket with this agent . I really feel very very regret why I approached to sunshine travel . I never ever see this kind of unprofessional and unresponsival agent in my whole life .my flight been cancelled then I request for my original payment refund but one staff tell me that u can get voucher only not original payment but when I contect to scoot airline then I get informed that I can choose voucher or original payment but sunshine travel lie to me and don't want help and coperate . Even I explain that I don't have plan for travel within one year but still he never try to help me and now I received voucher with one year exppiry .vouchera will cancel BCS I can't use that vouchers bcs scoot not operating I just throw my money into hell

I request for refund my original amount not vo8ucher bcs my flight cancel but never help me just only refund me voucher and lie me that airline give voucher only but scoot already informme me that i can choose voucher or original amount.
