Small but with excellent service.

I had genuinely went on an overseas travel arranged by Focal Travel. Having spent thousands of dollars with them, you expect to get good service, right? WRONG. They are 1)Incompetent - they make serious mistakes here and there 2)Not apologetic about their mistakes 3)Bad service - when they assign you to that agent and that agent is on leave - they would ask you to wait till the agent is back before you can "hopefully" iron out issues, coz there's alot of waiting for their calls even though the agent is in the office 4)After accepting payment, they treat you as case closed and your welfare - eg any refund - you have to watch out and remind them, else they would just quietly keep it in their account. These are just problems in Singapore. When you go over to that country, their partnering tour guide will try to persuade you to change the place to visit, to suit themselves (Don't know what's the objective? To save money on tickets or to save trouble etc) Then the meals that that foreign tour partners arranged for us are lousy - meals that taste more like Chinese food than their local food and for some meals - there were so much leftover because they weren't tasty. I swear to God, these feedback come from a genuine buyer of their service. Think many times and don't sign up with this agency. I had read many complaints by other people about Focal Travel too when I did a search. If we souls were not subjected to ill-mannerisms and mistreatment, we won't vent in cyberspace. We have much better things to do. God sees and God knows. A tour agency is just a group of people arranging tours for you. Read reviews of the tour agencies in Singapore before you sign up - don't sign up with this one.
