He took the time and effort to educate us on what happens to our feet as we age, overstretching, flat feet, etc. He recommended only what was needed and didn't push us to buy anything extra. We got the recommended insoles, a pair of leather shoes and sandals for indoors and outdoors, all reasonably priced! He even helped us save by using the rebates on the insoles. We are touched by his sincere efforts in serving all his customers with a genuine good heart! ♥️

Really pleased to know when Owen managed to slot us in between appointment to consult us on our issues with our feet. He was very clear in explaining the issues as well as providing some options to us. Overall, both me and my wife were very satisfied with the service and we will definitely be back again to shop in the store in the future!

Heard about Footkaki from a friend who said that the service was great and that the team was really knowledgeable so I thought I should come by too as I’ve been experiencing soreness and pain on my feet whenever I walk or stand for too long. I really enjoyed the whole experience and the lady helping me was so pleasant and patient. She examined the way I walked and recommended the Spenco slip on sandals for me. I also bought a pair of insoles so that it can help provide better support for my other shoes. Whatever praises you read in the reviews here are really true and I don’t think I’ve had such genuine service in a long time! Noticed that there were a few other customers in the shop too who were likely regulars and I totally understand why people would return to get their shoes here. Have already recommended it to the rest of my family!

Finding a good pair of shoes with good arch support is not easy. This shop sells various types of insoles, comfy wear and smart wear to reduce impact, pressure on the foot and knees. Book an appointment esp on weekends because the father and/or son take time to measure, analyse and provide good advice on shoes that are most suitable for each customer. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for shoes with good support.

During the assessment, he took note of my biggest concern and made accurate recommendations in what I'm looking for. Honestly they didn't hardsell at all and Claire, the sister, was even working with me in how to maximize the rebate. Very sincere people and good service. My mom came here before and had a wonderful experience as well, which is why I decided I needed to get good fitting shoes for myself too. Highly recommended!

Even though the shop was crowded on a Saturday, we received excellent top-notch service from Mr Owen, who did not rush us at all and patiently and expertly informed us about the proper footwear for my mum. He provided us with the most brilliant and personalised service and we were extremely impressed and grateful for his assistance. Thank you for the wonderful service Mr Owen! The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop to everyone looking for high quality shoes as solutions for their foot-related problems.

Given that we are all heading back to work, it was a real nightmare trying to wear back my old work shoes, and putting in an insole I bought online. As you can see from the photo, I bought my "life saver stash" in one trip. Own is patient and meticulous. He also managed to resolve my problem of fat toes, uneven sized feet and flat arch, and I am simply delighted to be able to buy a nice elegant pair of black flat pumps for work. I used an insole immediately and walked around, it's such a relief to be walking around relatively pain free. Do go by if you have feet problems! Prices are reasonable. Thanks much Owen, I will be back!

Would totally recommend this place to everyone. Given how attentive the staff is during my visits, I can totally understand why we are encouraged to book appointments. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient when assessing our feet and gait. They make recommendations based on our needs and there's no hard selling.
