Really appreciate the service and friendliness of the staff. They have a wide variety of frames and the best part is, they have cat eye frames! Usually those are only found in more high end stores and are usually from designer brands. Here I got a pair of blue light glasses with cat eye frames for 30! A good deal in my opinion!

So happy to find this online. Was searching for cheapest prescription glasses for my son to use for NS. Found a few sites but Foptics made it so easy to order, cheap & fast too!! Tried another online shop but had trouble submitting prescription. With Foptics, I ordered on 4 July and received via Ninjavan on 8 July. Specs is very light. Received well protected in bubble wrap packaging. It cost < $33 with 10% online promo code. ?? Will be back for more ?

They carry a wide range of glasses and it was super affordable. I did mine for $72 (after 10% discount off) for a blue light + prescription lens with premium frame. Definitely lighter and cheaper than the other glasses I did at mainstream specs shop. Quality seems good too. Everyone was very welcoming and approachable. Their Whatsapp team was also very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience! Highly recommended!

great experience making my prescription glasses here. went to the commonwealth branch & service was good with detailed eye check. was briefed on the various lens i can opt for & staff was not pushy which was great. glasses was done within 3 days as well (super fast)! first time here but definitely not my last. great job done.

Went to their shop at commonwealth and was very happy with the service and the gentleman who helped us was very friendly. He did a thorough eye check for us and even went the extra mile to help check my son's eyes also. Missed to use their online voucher after the purchase and yet they still proceeded with the discount on their goodwill. Our eyeglasses are great and my sight is so clear now. So happy with their shop, item and service. Will definitely come back to them if we need to purchase more. Highly recommended ???

Tl;dr male staff was of great assistance to me when I went back on 11 July 2022 to double check my new specs prescription. Seating area was great with phone charger and magazines provided. I have been here a few times prior to purchasing my first pair of specs with them and staff has always been helpful. However the vision my new specs (with new prescription taken at foptics) gave has not been that sharp especially on left eye. I went back to check the specs lens and ended up doing another round of eye check. Male staff supposed adjusted the angle tilt in my specs lens slightly so that it would suit my eye more. I guess it worked as it gave me more visual clarity since. Thankful for the rectification ?? Note: love my chosen frame named Cat in Rose gold, it has a lifting effect due to the cat ears ??

This is the first time I've had such swanky glasses. As I have pretty severe myopia, I've always felt limited by what I can wear as my lenses turn out very thick. But foptics helped fit in high power lenses (1.74 high index) on this stylish set of frames. Not only that, they went the extra mile and polished (!!) the sides of the lenses, so every angle gives a beautiful shine. Even though I can't appreciate it myself, since I've to take off my glasses to see the polish, it speaks of the high level of care and service they provide. The anti-fatigue feature of the lens is also great. It helps me cope with the long hours at work staring at my PC, much better than with the blue light protection from my previous, now-spare set of glasses. Kudos to foptics for providing serious value to the optometry scene. Special shout out to Raphael for top notch service. He really makes you feel taken care of!
