I like to have it minimally or not sweetened to enjoybthe natural flavors :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small shop that surprisingly offers both food and bubble tea. The pearls here are made in-house. There are 2 types of pearl: The Original Bobba and Taro Bobba.
I ordered the Classic Milk Tea, 25% sugar with The Orginal Bobba. It was good but nothing special. Milk tea was smooth and had just the right amount of sweetness. The drink paired well with the white QQ pearl.
Passion Fruit Jasmine with The Original Bobba on the other hand was great. Tea was strong but not astringent and the sugar level was just nice. Making it a great combo.
Overall I feel that this is a good place to get fruit tea. There's also a special discount for Eunoia JC student and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfully chewy translucent hand-made pearls with bubble tea here. Try their taro pearls too, they’re amazingly light and not heavy like taro balls. They serve food and there’s seating too.

Came here twice, tried the food on the second occasion. Portions are small considering the price. Would not really recommend.
Drinks are great, love the passion fruit tea.
Pearls are at additional costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a variety of drinks, but staff cannot recommend anything they personally like. I ordered the wintermelon latte, wintermelon milk tea, and the strawberry limeade. When ordering, the drinks was either too watered down or too sweet. The golden pearls I received were either too soft and mushy or not cooked at all.
Please fix your consistency, it can be better.
The place looks super cluttered with random junk which doesn't make it look inviting to enter.
Cafe still plays music even though safe distancing restrictions for FnB outlets state otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised to find this place relatively packed on a Saturday afternoon with many students studying.
Menu had a wide variety of flavored teas with handmade bobas(soft & chewy) and other toppings available.
Environment was pretty nice tho, with multiple outdoor seats, only downside was that there were smokers time to time thus found ourselves often breathing in 2nd smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy little cafe tucked in the community center. Came on a Monday afternoon to find it pretty empty. There were lots of chairs and large benches around great for studying or working tho. Place also offers student meals.
Ordered chrysanthemum latte and matcha latte - both were OK with nothing out of the ordinary. Can imagine this as a nice stop area after a walk in the park or just a place to study for the day. Won't specifically be back for the drinks.
There's no parking here tho so take note for those driving. I stopped my car at the deserted drop off point to quickly run in and takeaway a couple of drinks.
