Great and grand facility. Wish other CC's will gradually be upgraded to the same standards. Was there to dispose some e-waste. The lady attending to the reception was helpful and made my first visit an extremely pleasant one.

New generation of community hubs. Looks awesome when I passed by during a trek. Will definitely swing by to explore.

Great place for HSA blood donation! Its spacious, staff are very efficient, and less waiting time (compared to bishan cc where i heard its nearly impossible for walk ins due to heavy human traffic there) and also near my residence! Best alternative to HSA @Dhoby Ghaut or across from SGH where i used to donate.

One of the newest Community Centres in Singapore. This is an integrated concept with the junior college next door though facilities are kept seperated. Do note that the Marymount Community Centre does not offer public car parks, and the nearest is to park at the HDB public car parks over at the Salvation Army side. There is an overhead bridge to bring you across.

White elephant building, worst community centre in Singapore? I can’t believe this was built from scratch, looking so grand from the outside, but I’m flabbergasted at how sparse and poorly planned the inside it. 1) No parking is a joke: They allocated such a huge drop off area and a reserved spot for fire engine but yet has no parking. They could have easily segmented out half the area to accommodate 20 cars. The nearest carpark is at the multi story HDB 200M away. Mind you there’s no shelter connecting them, and you can only park at top floors. How do you encourage elderly residents to come over with such planning? 2) Poor space planning: The oversized vehicle drop-off area itself is a joke. It isn’t exactly at the entrance or at the reception, but at the back of the CC with no proper signs. It leaves first time visitors awkwardly cutting through the cafes or opening random back staircase doors to find the way to reception area. 3) Amenities: There are only 2 cafes at 2nd floor, a gym at 3rd floor and that’s about it. There are also some function rooms and karaoke room (which we couldn’t find at all). It looks super grand on the outside like as though it has a rooftop garden or something but you will be shocked to find that the top floor is β€œrestricted”. No rooftop or anything. A multi million building for 2 cafes, a gym, couple of function rooms. No parking. There’s also limited information online about its amenities. Honestly, they need to look into this

Humongous CC but rather quiet. Facilities seemed idle, not much use. There is private fitness club but wished for the old days fitness clubs which are subsided by the govt where for only a dollar or 2 one could gain access to the gym to train a couple of hours
