Nice new condo. Not too far from future MRT, next to 2 other ECs, Twin Fountains and Bellewoods....which might pump up supply relative to demand. Condo is near to woodlands Ave 12 new industrial buildings. There are so many new industrial buildings in that area which I don't really understand... since the Singapore economic transformation means lots of manufacturing is moving out. Probably industrial building could be a good option for those comapines moving away from those expensive commercial buildings? New Industrial building are quite pretty these days and look much better than those old commercial buildings in traditional areas. Although Industrial area rental yield is not as great as commercial areas which has higher tenant "rental power", however the PSF is quite competitive which still make investment sense.

Fairly fine estate. It is surrounded with a lot of pools. The BBQ pits are rather limited considering the number of units in this condo. Unit spaces are great and offers good views. But the furnishing and materials provided by the developer leaves much to be desired.

Very nice place with huge apartments. But assessing the guardhouse was a nightmare, situated too far away from the bus stop and due to covid, I had to walk a long way just to scan entry.

The foodcourt and shengsiong supermarket just stay opposite. transport choices: have 3 buses just out of the front door/back door, take 2 bus stops to woolands south mrt (Thomson East Coast Line), take several bus stops to Admiralty MRT.
