β β β β β The place is 2 minuted away from many dining places and a supermarket. It is a bit far from MRT. Closest MRT station is Marsiling, it takes 20 mins of walk to get there. Its located quite far from the city centre. Nonetheless, it offers nice housing and a pool. Since Singapore is a small city, I wouldn't mind being 1 hour away from the city centre

- there is a Mamak/ Indian Muslim Shop just outside
- fair price is just outside
Thatβs where the good things stop.
- fairly old condominium
- MRT is not nearby and not approachable easily even by bus. Only works if you enjoy walks in the hot sun for 20 minutes/ wait for a bus and then walk for 5 minutes ( eaither way 20 minutes by train. Overall commute to CBd takes 1 Hr 10 mins using train, 45 mins minimum by car.
- No premium bus service nearby after the pandemic.
- woodlands is far away from anything, and this is remote woodlands.
