β β β β β Bad experience over a property transaction. Bad communication. For example, no updates about the case. The staff who handled the transaction left and i was not updated. Questions via emails not replied. They only contact you when they need money to process the transactions. Never recommend anyone to go back there again, especially first time property buyer, they are not helpful.
Pay a bit more to use other law firms at least, you can sleep easy at night, rather than being abandon after payment and left worrying alone about how to resolve the problem on your own.
Considering to file a complaint to Law Society as they failed to practice due diligence, respond promptly, and act in the client best interest.
