★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructions given to client is unclear. Mostly through phone. There seems to be a break down in communication between Mr Lam and his secretary. Was asked to come and collect the divorce papers as they are ready, but when i was there, I was told that I had to make an appointment. No negotiation even though I had specially taken leave to come down. The best part was I was told to come to the office with my ex wife. Highly not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service from Lam & Co, my questions were well answered when I’m in doubt. File closed with no hidden cost, they made sure we know what we are paying for. However, I feel friendly but still a little cold shoulder and I guess it is quite a norm in this professional line where every mins count. If you have a budget to work out, Lam & Co is totally fine but if you can afford, I would recommend you to look around first.
