We visited their factory, and had the chance to see what goes behind the chocolate making. Also, its a local brand of chocolates by singaporeans. Organised this activity as a hen party activity and thoroughly enjoyed our session with Jay. We were taught about the ratio of cream and chocolate, and had the chance to make 3 different varieties of chocolate truffles. I especially enjoyed the process of the chocolate appreciation, where we had a tasting sheet, and got to taste some of the oos flavours in the factory that very day. On site chocolate sales were available too, though limited flavours. Overall, I would recommend this experience to anyone who's up for an hands-on activity, and also one who enjoys chocolates. Always looking forward to their new flavours and creative R&D with what can compliment chocolate. Support local!

Who knew that I would be able to make tasty chocolate that I can make for the next potluck and get wows all around. We started with some chocolate making before we were taken on a tour around their factory, showing us where and how they store the cacao beans. Also, how they make and experiment on different chocolate flavours for new seasons. After which, we had chocolate tasting! We tried so many chocolates and also got to know the story behind the beans which made me appreciate chocolate on a whole different level.

We went home with two boxes of handmade truffles, too. Their packaging and flavors are perfect for gift-giving, if you can make yourself give them away.

The chocolates taste close to their descriptions and the quality is superb. I love that Fossa includes blurbs about the cacao's origins and flavour profiles. Really makes you appreciate the chocolate a whole lot more. It's perfect down to the packaging. Simply impressive - so glad to have found a Singaporean craft chocolate maker. Will continue to support!!

I had earlier been a part of the 'Chocolate Appreciation Workshop's hosted by Fossa and learnt so much about beans, roasting, flavours and even how to eat the chocolate properly for the ideal flavour. It was one of the better workshops I have ever attended. Post that I recently made some purchases via the website and also from their locations. Across my intercations with them I found them to be a customer focussed brand providing exceptional service. And of course, love supporting local business. Love their honey orchard oolong and salted egg cereal flavours! And of course a great gift idea for your special ones especially the picnic set. Highly recommend!
