My ID was Chris, he was able to actualize my dream design. Always providing valuable ideas and super pro-active. His ideas were something I never heard of from any designers I have met thus far! Goes extra mile to help you with your entire renovation and coordination. Doesn’t hesitate to immediately rectify asap when something on his end goes wrong. Overall very satisfied with Chris! Huat ah!

I am glad to engage Carpenters Plus for my 30 years old HDB flat major renovation. My ID, Jin Hao suggeated us with great ideas and theme for house renovation. During the Covid period, he still managed to get all required resources in a very short time to start renovation work right after I collected my HDB key and confirmed the order. Despite there were few revision of changes to the initial design, the renovation work is still completed on time and my family is able to move in to our house as per initial schedule without any delay. Thanks to Jin Hao and his team for the hard work. I will recommend him to my friends and relatives for their renovation.

My friend Ori, referred Jin Hao and Chris as our appointed ID for my 3 rooms flat in tanjong pagar. As we know what we already wanted, but Jin Hao and Chris still did a great job, we do know that renovation works will have ups and downs, yet, they resolve the problems in a snap of the fingers, its our pleasure to have both of them to be our designer.

Due to COVID, there was a slight delay in the completion of our house renovation works because of shortage of manpower. Eric and Brosnan were the two designers that were assigned to renovate our house. They did a good job in coordinating well with all the different group of contractors. We are able to shift into our newly renovated house with only a slight delay. We are very happy with their design, performance and the workmanship of the carpentry works.

We have been going around and see about 5 IDs before making a decision with Carpenters Plus Pte Ltd/Alfred & Raelie. They understood well on my ideas and able to meet my requests for my first new home. Instead of saying “it is not possible” which we hear from some IDs that we consulted, both of them patiently listen and manage to make my dream home a reality. They also provide us good suggestions and ideas from selection on the vinyl, carpentry, design etc. Although the completion period took longer than expected, we understood that it is due to covid19 which causing a few delays to some arrangements. Nevertheless, both Alfred and Raelie have been very patient with the numerous demands and also rushing the project so as to meet the deadline. They oversees the project and provide real time updates on the progress of the project. Overall, we are truly a happy customer! Thanks Alfred & Raelie

Knowing that renovation journey has its ups and downs, we found ourselves as rather lucky as It has been a pleasant renovation journey with our ID, Joel Ang. We are very happy that Joel's design has met our needs and wants well and as such the house renovation fit our lifestyle perfectly. Kudos to his advices and recommendations along the journey. It's a blessing to have someone who understands your requests while making sure the design has additional benefits/functionalities on top of your wants. ⭐️AWESOME⭐️ My wife previously had them renovated an office and they did a terrific job. This time for our home, we went back to Aloy and Yixiang. They catered to our priority first (which was tight timeline) went thru everything in detail and prep us on what to do in order to meet the timeline. While there’s a small delay due to the windows, it is LIGHTNING SPEED compared to what I’ve heard from others who are renovating. The works were fast since we engaged them early. Materials recommended were all of good quality too. Far from shoddy work definitely! Highly recommended!

Engaging Carpenter Plus is one of the best decisions we made, not only they design and built a place we call home but they go beyond expectations! When we are looking ID, we expect someone who is meticulous in details, critical in comment and most important transparent in the quotation ! Alloyious has been constantly updating on the progress of the whole renovation. He is the one who pointed out very minor mistakes made by his contractors and was rectified timely. During the first few meeting with him, he was open and frank with his quotation, the prices indicated was fair, we do not need to worry about any additional cost that might arise during the renovation. With many years in the business, alloyious noticed a shift in renovation design, he openly commented on the colour theme that we choose that wasn't in trend in the current market, we are glad we listen to his advice and follow his theme and gotten many good feedback from my family and friends. With this, I wish carpenter continue strive for Excellence in design! And I sure many customer will be like us! Walking in as a customer and walking out of carpenter plus as friends.
